Build a swing set with the 3 1/2" Middle Frame Fitting. This extra heavy duty two-legged fitting is designed for a middle frame setup with 3 1/2" legs and top-rail.
It is made for schedule forty 3" pipe, with 3" ID and 3 1/2" OD. The pipe slides into the top rail 4 5/8" and into the leg 9 1/4". The set screws are 12 millimeter and use a 10 millimeter Allen wrench.
This fitting is heavy duty welded, much stronger than aluminum, and will not break. It should last 2 years in harsh conditions and up to 5 years in optimal conditions, though some conditions may require replacement sooner. Sold individually.
