This 6 Seat Heavy Duty Tripod Swing Set with Strap Seat is a very heavy duty tripod-style set designed for an inground 3 bay heavy duty 8’ high installation with six swing seats.
Each bay is designed for two children up to 12 years old, per ASTM and CPSC guidelines. Age range: 4-12 years old. Style: Tripod. Height: 8 Foot. Seat type: Belt/Strap. Number of seats: Six.
The strap seats are made with galvanized steel triangles and steel plates riveted to the seat with galvanized rivets so they cannot be pulled apart and pulled off the seat. Each seat includes a 1075 rounded edge steel insert, full hard, painted with a non-rusting adhesive, and then coated with rubber that is from 1/4" to 3/8” thick. The insert’s rounded edges help prevent injuries from sharp edges, and the seat is encased in EPDM rubber. EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer) is a synthetic rubber material which helps prevent crazing, cracking and oxidizing.
Strap seat dimensions (each): 24" W x 6" L x 5/16" H; 30.25" W from hanger to hanger. Dimensions (above ground): 443" W x 92" D x 8' H. Fall height: 8’.
