This Adult Supervision Warning Label is printed in English and Spanish to let users and caregivers know the playground is not intended as a place for unsupervised play.
It measures 2.75" x 5.5" and is designed for indoor and outdoor use. The label uses white PVC film with a high bond thick adhesive layer, UV ink that is resistant to light and sunshine, and a non-reflective UV mil Luster Lamination.
Ideal for metal and low energy plastic surfaces and applications requiring flexibility and high bond adhesive. This product meets all ASTM standards for playgrounds and is intended to be placed so it can be seen from any direction of approach at adult eye level.
For placement guidance, labels for open playgrounds can be placed on the equipment itself, including a triangulated configuration (6:00, 10:00, and 2:00 o'clock positions). For fenced-in playgrounds, most labels can be placed near or at the entry/entries on a freestanding post at adult eye level.
