Anchor Shackle Stainless Steel is a reusable connector designed to replace S-hooks on playground equipment.
These stainless steel shackles are easier to install and uninstall than S-hooks, and they are stronger for everyday playground use. They have a 1/2" opening at the bolt and measure 1" at the widest point, accepting up to a 1/2" chain.
This shackle works with all of our swing hangers and chains and meets all ASTM standards for playgrounds.
During routine monthly maintenance, inspect playground equipment for cracks, rough edges, binding, torn or missing parts, cracked plastic, or rust, and replace any equipment that does not pass inspection.
