Using the center support ring for stability, users slowly step over each step one leg at a time, switching legs after each step. The support ring includes a textured hand grip for added support.
Built with steel construction and a rust resistant coating, this unit is made for active training use. It has a clearance space of 12′-11 1/4″ x 12′-11 1/4″ and a training envelope of 6′-11 1/4″ x 6′-11 1/4″.
