Fast Patch Green is a poured-in-place rubber surface repair kit for repairing the wear layer of poured-in-place surfacing.
Each kit contains pre-measured amounts of Green EPDM Rubber and binder, or glue, and all Fast Patch kits include aliphatic binder. Aliphatic binders are UV stable, not subject to ambering/yellowing, and can be used around pools or splash pads.
Available in 3 smart sizes: Fast Patch Small repairs 3 sq ft of surfacing at 1/2'' depth, Fast Patch repairs 6 sq ft of surfacing at 1/2" depth, and Fast Patch XL repairs 12 sq ft at a depth of 1/2". Shelf life is up to 2 years or more.
Use it for rubber playground surfaces, running tracks, transitions ramps, and filling gaps between the sidewalk and playground surface. If the repair is in the safety zone of the playground equipment and deeper than 1/2", use the base layer material. Please refer to CPSC Publication 325 for guidance.
