Fast Patch Mocha Brown-Black is a poured-in-place rubber surfacing repair kit made for repairing the wear layer of poured-in-place surfacing.
Each kit includes pre-measured amounts of Mocha Brown EPDM, Black SBR rubber, and binder (glue). All Fast Patch kits include aliphatic binder, which is UV stable, not subject to ambering/yellowing, and can be used around pools or splash pads.
Available sizes: Fast Patch Small repairs 3 sq ft at 1/2'' depth, Fast Patch repairs 6 sq ft at 1/2" depth, and Fast Patch XL repairs 12 sq ft at a depth of 1/2". Shelf life is up to 2 years or more. It can also be used for rubber playground surfaces, running tracks, transition ramps, and gaps between the sidewalk and playground surface.
General use instructions: cut away the bad section, clean loose rubber away, add the binder to the pre-measured rubber, mix thoroughly, lightly coat the repair edge with residue binder, squeeze mixed product into the cut area, trowel smooth, and allow to dry.
