Fast Patch Orange is a poured-in-place surfacing repair kit for repairing the wear layer of poured-in-place rubber surfaces.
Each kit includes pre-measured orange EPDM rubber and binder, or glue, and all Fast Patch kits include aliphatic binder. Aliphatic binders are UV stable, do not amber/yellow in the sun, and can be used around pools or splash pads.
Available in 3 sizes: Fast Patch Small repairs 3 sq ft at 1/2'' depth, Fast Patch repairs 6 sq ft at 1/2" depth, and Fast Patch XL repairs 12 sq ft at 1/2" depth. It is also useful for rubber playground surfaces, running tracks, transition ramps, and filling gaps between the sidewalk and playground surface.
General use: cut away the damaged section, clean loose rubber, mix the binder with the pre-measured rubber, lightly coat the repair edge, then trowel smooth and allow to dry. For repairs in the safety zone deeper than 1/2", use base layer material. Please refer to CPSC Publication 325 for safe-zone guidance.
