Fast Patch Purple is a poured-in-place surfacing repair kit for purple surfaces. It is designed to repair the wear layer of poured-in-place surfacing and deliver a professional-looking result with simple steps.
Each kit contains pre-measured Purple EPDM rubber and binder, or glue. All Fast Patch kits include an aliphatic binder that is UV stable, not subject to ambering/yellowing, and can be used around pools or splash pads.
Available sizes include: Fast Patch Small repairs 3 sq ft of surfacing at 1/2'' depth, Fast Patch repairs 6 sq ft of surfacing at 1/2" depth, and Fast Patch XL repairs 12 sq ft at a depth of 1/2". It can be used for rubber playground surfaces, running tracks, transition ramps, and filling gaps between the sidewalk and playground surface.
Read the general instructions before use: cut away the damaged section, clean loose rubber, mix the binder with the pre-measured rubber, lightly coat the repair edge, place the mix, and trowel smooth. If the repair is in the safety zone and deeper than 1/2", use the base layer material. Please refer to CPSC Publication 325 for safe zone guidance.
