The GFactorGO Portable Surface Tester is a wireless, hand-operated device designed to help parents, caregivers, owners, and other responsible persons make maintenance and inspection decisions for a playground or facility.
It measures peak G's and HIC with a single drop from an operator-selected drop height, and it provides data instantly in the field. The device can be used on playground impact attenuating surfaces, either loose fill or synthetic, wall padding, rugby fields, and many other surfaces.
Built for single-person use, the GFactorGO stores drop data for documentation with 100 drops on an SD card that can be uploaded to PC. It also calculates and records the height of the drop for each drop. An optional case is available with custom hard foam inserts, and all systems must be calibrated every 2 years by company at an additional charge at that time.
