This Hot Surface Warning Label is a 2.75" x 2.75" safety label designed to warn caregivers about the hazard of burn injuries and to remind them to check surfacing and/or equipment before use.
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is made with White PVC Film, a high bond thick adhesive layer, printed with UV ink resistant to light and sunshine, and coated with a non-reflective UV mil Luster Lamination. It is ideal for metal and low energy plastic surfaces and applications requiring flexibility and high bond adhesive.
This label meets all ASTM standards for playgrounds and references CPSC Sections 2.1, 2.4.2.1, 2.5.3, 5.3.6, and ASTM #F1487-11 Section 14.2.4. Placement should allow users and supervisors to see it from any direction of approach, and labels must be placed at adult eye level except for Surfacing Level Markers.
