Maxx Clear H2O is a water-based, clear surface conditioner for poured-in-place surfacing and rubber running track maintenance.
It refurbishes and rejuvenates rubber playground surfaces, helps extend surface life, and can make colors pop again. We recommend applying Maxx Clear H2O every couple of years after the warranty expires on your playground surfacing.
Apply it with a roller or an airless sprayer. Depending on surface condition, coverage can be up to 1,200 sq ft per pail, or about 34 cents per sq ft. If the surface condition is poor, coverage could drop to 500 sq ft per pail or less. MaxxClear H2O dries quickly, and cleanup is safe and easy with soap and water.
