The Royal Double Station Chest Press is a seated outdoor gym unit designed for chest press training with two users at once.
It uses a person’s body weight to complete the press and adapts to each user for a customized workout experience. The bars and grips are positioned right in front of the user when seated, making it a universal chest press suitable for teenagers and adults, for both male and female users.
An instruction board provides key information on how to operate the Royal Double Station Chest Press correctly to get the most benefit out of the workout in all weathers. It is ideal for building pectoral, chest, arm and upper back muscles, and is well suited to public settings for community use or to a high school.
