The Rubber Belt Swing Seat is a commercial grade playground seat made in USA for ages 4-12 years.
It measures 24” x 6” x 5/16” or 30 ¼” hanger to hanger and is made with 70 EPDM rubber with insert to resist vandalism. The seat uses galvanized welded triangular hardware, galvanized steel triangles and plates, and galvanized rivets for added strength. The triangle is constructed of 3/8” dia. cold rolled steel with the ends welded together, and the plate is 1/16” thick h.r. stamped galvanized steel. The seat’s insert is a 1075 rounded edge steel insert, full hard, painted with a non-rusting adhesive, and then coated with rubber that is from ¼” to 3/8” thick.
EPDM rubber helps prevent crazing, cracking, and oxidizing, and it holds up well in extreme temperatures. The seat is available in Black, Blue, Green, Red, Tan, and Yellow. Tensile strength is 3100 lbs, and the seat should last 2 years in harsh conditions and up to 5 years in optimal conditions.
