This Strangulation Warning Label is printed in English and Spanish to help inform, warn, and educate about the hazard of strangulation on the playground and the steps to take to reduce risk.
It measures 2.75" x 5.5" and is designed for indoor and outdoor use. The label is made with white PVC film, a high bond thick adhesive layer, UV ink resistant to light/sunshine, and a non-reflective UV mil Luster Lamination. It is ideal for metal and low energy plastic surfaces and applications that require flexibility and a high bond adhesive.
This product meets all ASTM standards for playgrounds. CPSC guidance notes placement on or near "slides or other equipment", and also states that entrances to the entire play area are often the best locations so the message is conveyed in a timely manner. Labels must be placed so users and supervisors can see them from any direction of approach, and at adult eye level except for Surfacing Level Markers.
