Training Day is an outdoor fitness course with 6 different exercise machines designed for a balanced, full-body workout.
It includes the Quad Station Warm-Up, Sky Walker, Fit Rider, Rower, Country Skier, and Sit Up Bench. The course is made with galvanized steel with powder-coated paint, uses an inground mount, and does not include plastic foot shrouds.
Recommended age range is 13 years and up. The use zone is 13' W x 30' L.
