The Ultimate™ Junior Aluminum Basketball System brings a smaller-price version of premium fixed-system features to playground play.
It uses a 5″ square, 1/8″ wall steel pole that buries a full 36″ into the ground, plus a 4″ square extension arm that places the backboard face approximately 36″ from the front surface of the pole. The rim is direct mounted through the backboard into the extension arm to reduce stress during aggressive playground play, and the backboard is supported by the extension arm at the top.
This model includes a fan shaped aluminum backboard sized 54'' W x 36'' L with a rust-free white powder coat finish, orange shooter square and border, an outdoor goal, and a premium nylon net. It provides a 36'' play safe area and 10' H from playing surface to rim. Optional pole padding is available.
